Road texture

Along the section of Warrandyte Road investigated, the surface texture varies between the two extremes shown below.

The majority of the road pavement along this section is the rough texture type, shown elsewhere on this web site to be 5 to 6dBA noisier than the smooth asphalt, used just south of Falconer Road.

Please send a message to us indicating your support for
re-surfacing Warrandyte Road with a low-noise asphalt.
