
The response curve below was measured in a small anechoic chamber. The chamber was designed for operation over the range 200Hz to 10kHz. Reflections from the wall of the chamber increase in severity as the frequency is lowered below 200Hz, and would give rise to a couple of deciBels of error in the measurement at 50Hz. The microphone position was at 1m from the speaker to minmise the effect of chamber reflections.
