Capacitor Replacement for the
Tannoy Monitor Gold Crossover

Left: The original Tannoy Monitor Gold Crossover Below: Upgraded crossover with new Solen Fastcaps (also available as Angela Fastcaps). The inductor components are satisfactory quality and do not need replacing. They are an air-gapped silicon steel core. Likewise, the resitors are wire-wound and do not need replacing. The most suspect component in the original design is an electrolytic capacitor in the LF circuit.
