Pin-striping

Pinstriping adds a lot to the appearance of the frame. It is wellworth pursuing, but difficult to locate someone with the skills to do it. Invariably, inquiries led to a response like:
"All those blokes who did the old pinstriping have died"
or
"When they do it, its just the one long, single stoke of the brush, and its done!"
Not very useful help!

If you can't find a person to do the job, another option may be tp purchase a "Beugler" pinstripe tool. These tool were not used by pinstriped painters (they use a proper "dagger" brush). The Beuglar tool may help you do it yourself, but it will still take some practice!

The Beugler tool is effectively like a very thing paint roller, with interchangale wheels, and a smaller reservoir of paint in a tube. Various guide-attachment are available.
